遺跡の学び館　AI展示音声ガイド

無料で利用できる外国語にも対応した「音声ガイド」があります。ガイドを聞いたり、クイズに挑戦したりできます。

入館料のみで利用可能。キオスク（タッチパネル端末）で自由に設定。

展示してある太古の人たちの暮らしぶりについて、先端技術による音声解説とクイズの体験をしませんか。

遺跡の学び館では、岩手県立大学との協働研究で開発しているICタグと生成AIを使った展示資料「音声ガイド」を、入館料のみで利用できます。受付で貸し出しています。

常設展示内の旧石器時代から中・近世まで主要遺跡と、テーマ展の概要など、4つの年齢層にわけた「音声ガイド」と「クイズ」ができます。

外国語の対応は、英語と中国語、台湾語です。（外国語は、年齢層分けはありません。）

受付に、来館者が自由に音声ガイド端末の設定をできる「キオスク端末」（タッチパネル式の無人情報端末機械）を設置しました。自分のペースで音声ガイドメニューを選び、館内の見学を楽しめます。

例えば、歴史や考古学の入門編として音声ガイドをお聞きになりたい方は、「中学生・高校生向け」のガイドがおすすめです。専門用語を少なくした解説で、どなたでもお楽しみいただけます。また、小学生のお子様連れの方は、「小学生向け」のガイドを一緒に聞きながら、楽しく館内を見学できます。

ぜひお気軽にご参加いただき、使用した感想をお聞かせください。また、端末数に限りがあるため、先着順でお待ちいただく場合もあります。

We offer easy-to-understand AI audio guides and quizzes in foreign languages!

Why not experience cutting-edge technology-driven explanations and quizzes about the lifestyles of ancient people as depicted in the exhibits?

At The Museum of Archeological Site in Morioka-city , we are currently working with Iwate Prefectural University to create audio guides for exhibition materials using IC tags and generative AI.

“Audio guide devices” are available for free rental (only the admission fee) at the reception desk. Foreign language support is available in English , Chinese and Taiwanese.

Audio guides and quizzes are covering major archaeological sites from the Paleolithic era to the medieval and modern periods, as well as overviews of themed exhibitions, all within the permanent exhibition room and the thematic exhibition room.

We have installed a kiosk (an unmanned touchscreen information terminal) at the museum’s reception desk where you can freely configure your audio guide device settings. You can choose the audio guide menu that suits you best at your own pace and enjoy exploring the museum.

Please feel free to participate and share your feedback on your experience. Participants will be asked to fill out a questionnaire about how to use the device, its convenience, and their impressions of the commentary.

Due to limited availability of audio guide devices, we may ask you to wait on a first-come, first-served basis.
